Why does the app need my location?
HearHere History uses your location to tell you about the history of where you're standing. Without location access, we can't provide relevant historical content.
Why is there no audio playing?
Check that: 1) Your device isn't on silent mode, 2) The volume is turned up, 3) Auto-play is enabled in Settings. You can also tap the play button to manually start audio.
I've reached my daily limit. When does it reset?
Usage limits reset at midnight UTC. You get 50 narrations and 100 audio generations per day.
Can I use the app offline?
Currently, HearHere History requires an internet connection to generate historical content and audio. Offline mode may be added in a future update.
How do I save a location?
Tap the heart icon in the narration card to save a location. Access your saved places by tapping the bookmark icon in the top bar.
