These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of HearHere History ("the App"), provided by HearHere ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

HearHere History is a personal tour guide app that provides AI-generated historical narrations based on your location. The content is generated by artificial intelligence and is intended for entertainment and educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the historical accuracy of all content.

2. Premium Subscription

The App offers a premium subscription ("Premium Monthly") that provides unlimited access to narrations, trivia, and audio features.

Duration: 1 month
Price: $3.99 per month (USD)
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Free Trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. Free Tier

The App provides limited free access including up to 1 narration per day, 3 trivia sessions per day, and 1 audio playback per day. New users receive a 3-day free trial with full access to all features. These limits reset daily.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to:

Attempting to bypass rate limits or security measures
Using the App for any unlawful purpose
Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code
Redistributing or reselling content generated by the App

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HearHere and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that historical content will be completely accurate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
